Pings and actions
Immediate actions for TiaraBot messages and related server pings.

| Check-in DM/message | Filler | Verify hour/room, press Check in once, then enter the running-room context. |
| Check-in announcement | Mana/moni | Confirm the expected filler and lockdown role when configured. Investigate a wrong hour or room before room order. |
| Missing filler in check-in state | Mana/moni | Use schedule/slot data, then apply the server’s standby or emergency process. |
| Team-submission reply | Filler | Correct skipped or incorrect teams by editing the source before a terminal action. |
| Team Confirm/Reject controls | Submitter | Confirm or reject the already-written submission. Only the original submitter can use these controls. |
| Tentative room order | Mana/moni | Select with Previous/Next, then Pin or generate a normal final order. |
| Pinned room order | Filler | Read the selected order and follow the host’s room code/instructions. |
| Manual standby/emergency ping | Filler | Respond through the server’s process. Contact your server’s mana/moni if unclear. |
Auto check-in uses TiaraBot’s timing. /checkin manual supports server-chosen timing with the same check-in procedure. Schedule-sign-up timing and standby/emergency escalation remain server-specific.
