Respond to a TiaraBot check-in and enter the correct running room.
Follow TiaraBot’s check-in
This is the canonical check-in prompt. The names, channel, hour, and timestamp change with the schedule.
The check-in may be scheduled automatically by TiaraBot or manually triggered by mana/moni at your server’s chosen time. In either case, when the check-in message or DM arrives:
The check-in prompt appears immediately so its mentions can notify you. It may briefly include the muted line Controls are being prepared... while TiaraBot adds the action row. Wait for the Check in button to appear before responding.
- Verify the displayed hour and running-room context.
- Press Check in once.
- Wait for the private confirmation shown below. If you already responded, TiaraBot says so.
- Open the running channel. When the server uses a lockdown role, the check-in grants it.
- Follow the host’s pinned room order and in-game room code.

This is a private response to your button press, not a new message for the channel.
Updated check-in list
The original message is updated in the check-in channel so everyone can see who has responded.
Running-room announcement
On success, TiaraBot records your response, reapplies the running channel's lockdown role when one is configured, updates the check-in list, and announces your check-in in the running room.
What the button does not verify
Check-in does not validate your in-game team, ISV, Encore setup, song/difficulty, network, or presence in the private co-op room. Complete the room’s existing readiness steps after pressing it.
/checkin manual creates the check-in flow and belongs to mana/moni. It is not a filler fallback. If the button is wrong or fails, contact your server’s mana/moni.
