Submit and verify a fill team

Submit a team

Post in the configured team-submission channel. A candidate message needs either an ISV-style power pair such as 150/700 or a recognized colon label with a non-empty value, such as full fill: Full Team. Ordinary conversation is silently ignored. Put format examples in Discord quote lines or fenced code blocks so TiaraBot ignores them too.

The usual unlabeled order is full fill, heal, then encore. Labels let you change the order, submit multiple heals, or add alternatives. TiaraBot accepts numbered lines, Markdown headings or bold labels, and these common labels:

• Full fill: FF, fill, main, or full fill.
• Heal: H, heal, 4* heal, or birthday heal.
• Encore: enc or encore.
• Alternative: alt, alternative, or alt/enc.

You can put a label on its own heading and the value on the next line. Full-fill, heal, and alt choices may use or, including 100/690 4* or 80/670 BD. Inline forms such as 130/580 alt, ||alt 150/740||, and 150/675 Alt uncapped are also accepted.

Add an oshi

An oshi applies to every team in the message. Put one oshi after the team lines as an emoji-only or short name-only final line, or write a form such as Akitoya oshi, oshi lead: Akitoya, or oshi: Akitoya.

Some server configurations require the submitted oshi to match exactly one configured oshi name. TiaraBot normalizes case and matches whole names or phrases; a partial match inside another name does not count.

Review and correct

TiaraBot reacts while processing, writes recognized teams to the sheet, and replies with the teams added or skipped. The write happens before Confirm and Reject appear. Only the Discord account that posted the source message can use those controls.

Edit the source message to correct a team before you press either button. After the submission is confirmed, rejected, or has a rollback failure, further edits cannot change it through this flow.

• Confirm accepts the current write and removes the confirmation reply.
• Reject restores TiaraBot's latest managed-cell snapshot. It is not a full sheet undo: newly appended rows are blanked rather than deleted, and unrelated cells are not restored.

Inspect the live sheet view

Run /team list to read the teams currently resolved for your sheet name, or use its optional user and server_id inputs for another lookup when permitted. It shows team names and tags, lead/backline ISV, optional talent, and effect percentage.

/team list reads the live sheet. It does not report whether a Discord submission is pending, confirmed, or rejected, and it does not submit or edit a team.
