TiaraBot for mana/moni

This section is a TiaraBot operations runbook. It assumes you already know how your event server handles schedule-sign-up pings, standby, emergency escalation, booming/opening hours, private-room recovery, and human coordination.

Shift path

1. Confirm the event server and running-room wiring.
2. Capture/post the schedule and inspect live openings.
3. Use automatic check-in at minute 45 or run /checkin manual at your server’s chosen time.
4. Use check-in state for the server’s standby/emergency process.
5. Generate, select, send, and pin room order.
6. If the running room uses an access role, clean up stale role access and rerun affected bot steps after replacements.
7. Use /status and contact Theerie when a bot problem persists.

Server procedures around schedule sign-ups and replacements can vary. Servers can also choose between TiaraBot’s auto check-in timing and their own timing through /checkin manual.
