Check TiaraBot readiness

Use /status to distinguish a bot-service problem from a room or schedule problem.

Run /status to receive:

an overall ready or degraded result.
the time of the check.
one readiness field per configured TiaraBot service.

This is not runner status, event pace, room health, schedule freshness, EP/cutoff tracking, or Challenge Show status.

Retry a transient command failure once when /status is healthy. If the bot remains degraded or a command consistently fails, switch to your manual runbook and contact Theerie with:

command/control and visible response.
event server and channel.
time of failure.
relevant Discord message link.
whether the current room is blocked.

Fillers should report problems to their server’s mana/moni first. Mana/moni handle escalation to Theerie.
